Welcome to the home of Amino Communication’s EnableJS (JavaScript) APIs! In this space, you will find documentation for our EnableJS APIs, including the most recent version and a version history with important changes where relevant. We have also included our INI parameters, allowing you to view the possible settings that you can apply to your device(s).
The EnableJS APIs allow you to interface directly with the Amino browser to add and make improvements to your peripheral application. They provide you with access to many different functionalities, including but not limited to rebooting devices, applying firmware updates, and the ability to inject system-level Deeplinks.

Getting Started
Previous Amino and Entone STB models needed to have the JS library included in the web application or initialized with an INI, where your H-series device has the “ENABLE” namespace automatically declared making it easier for you to start using the APIs.
To start using our JavaScript APIs, you can point your web application to the H-Series device and the web server address. You should use the in-built Amino browser or you will not be able to access the APIs.
If you want to use the EnableJS APIs within your native application, please reach out to Amino Sales to discuss SDK access.
